Domestic Shipping Only

All orders are shipped out using USPS priority flat rate shipping. This does mean that your shipping costs will be $10.00 or $15.00 depending on the amount of product you purchase. All orders are shipped out in the order they are received, and will be filled and shipped within 72 hours of the time of purchase.

Returns

We do not do returns for hygiene reasons. If there is something wrong with your product that is reasonable we will replace the product. We will not replace the product solely based on the purchaser not liking the smell of the fragrance or burning oil once it is received.

Product exchanges will be solely issue based.
